This is one of the things that women always do when they are on diet. They want a drastic & fantastic result but they will always ignore the bad effects to their bodies. Some women will take up to 5 or 6 red apples a day and no other meals for a week. Detoxification  supplement is also a favorite. They believe these will help in better digestion and they will lose weight easily every week. But the facts are fruits only contained vitamins and carb. There are no fats or protein as needed by our bodies. Not only fat in our bodies will decrease when we only take fruits in our diet but protein in our muscles and total of liquid in our bodies will be decreased too.
