Tired Eyes
Tired eyes are also symptoms of a possible disease amongst elders and young children. Constant burning sensation, itchiness, soreness, bloodshot eyes, watery and distorted vision are the common symptoms experienced by the sufferer. They may not always be fatal, but they can be detrimental for the brain and overall body functionality. Some of the extreme symptoms also include headache and dizziness. Tired eyes can occur due to several reasons such as too much time in front of the computer or television.

Tired eyes are often experienced after prolonged use of the eyes, for example after using a computer or driving. In this case eye drops or lotions can be used to refresh the eyes. Which acts to revive the surface of the eye. If you suffer from this problem often, it may be to your benefit if you visit your optician as you may need glasses.
Tired eyes are very much recommended for keeping your eyes healthy and stress free and relieve them of tiredness. Eye exercises help the eyes in two important ways. Eye exercises help to improve the mechanical stability of the eye by coordinating and strengthening the eye muscles. The eye exercises strengthen the convergence power of the eye and balance its function with that of accommodation. Eye exercises improve the optical image coordination between the two eyes, thereby permitting a proper three dimensional accurate picture to be received and subsequently evaluated by the brain.
Here are some tips to share. Place 2 spoons in the freezer and take them out once they are cold. The cold spoons are to be placed under the eyes to reduce the puffiness of the eyes. Make sure not to freeze the spoons. Take a small bowl of cold milk and dip two cotton balls into it. Place this soaked cotton ball over the eyelids. For quick relief, take 2 cups of water, and add a tiny amount if boric acid to it. Once the solution has cooled, it can be used to wash the eyes. Washing the eyes with cold water on a regular basis also helps reduce the tiredness of the eyes. One could dip cotton balls in either tea water or water containing 2 drops of lavender oil, and place them on the eyelids for relief.
