Vitamins – Sources & Diseases Caused by Lack of Vitamins

Vitamins are very important to our bodies. Without all these vitamins our bodies are not immune to many kinds of diseases. We can get vitamins from healthy meals and that’s why we need to eat healthy. Vitamins are divided into two groups based on its ability to dissolve in liquid. Vitamins that dissolve in liquid are vitamin B and vitamin C while vitamins that do not dissolve in liquid are vitamin A, D, E, and K (ADEK). Get to know all kinds of vitamins and where we can get it from is an advantage to us to own a healthy body.

how about, if ypu have excessive vitamins in the body,will it also cause diseases?
